We feel very privileged to introduce Tara Jefferies to the Team as our working student! Tara   comes on board with a great understanding of a professional yard and is a asset to the team.  Hollie looks forward to working closely with her and Patrick as they go up the grades. Here is little bit about Tara……

“I am 19 years old and come from Cambridgeshire so I have recently moved down here with my 8 year old Thoroughbred, Patrick, to start working with Hollie. My mum has ridden all her life so she sparked my interest in horses from a very early age, and I have been lucky enough to have my own horses since I was 4 years old! I have always followed eventing and have spectated at Burghley Horse Trials every year for as long as I can remember, but I didn’t do my first one day event until I was 15 because I was so against the idea of having to do a dressage test! However, I am now hooked on the sport and I am ambitious to progress much further. Patrick and I are currently competing at BE100 level, and I hope to move up to Novice level next season. I have previously worked as a groom for two different British event riders, but I am excited to now be starting a job with more of a riding focus and to be learning the Kiwi way of training!”
